Telford, United Kingdom

Robson Bolam took several pictures of a mystery object which he saw over Donnington, in Telford, UK. He has not a clue what is in the photograph. At this time, it remains a UFO. Several other witnesses have come forward stating they too, saw unknown objects at about the same time. Photo was snapped in January.

California - 01-10-09

The eyewitness took this photograph with his cell phone camera on January 10. He was hiking with a friend when the unknown object briefly appeared. The UFO disappeared just as he took the picture. The witness states that if you zoom in enough, you can see electrical discharge from the power lines below.

Ely Cathedral, United Kingdom

A woman captured this unknown object as it hovered over Ely Cathedral in the United Kingdom. She was walking her dog near a river, when the dog became upset. The woman looked up, saw the UFO, and took the photograph. The photographer was skeptical about UFOs until she saw one herself. Information gathered from the Ely Standard.

South Carolina - 03-16-09

The photographer was sitting outside, waiting for for the mailman to come. He saw a black, triangle-shaped object in the sky quite a distance away. He took three photographs with a Konica Minolta-DiMage Z20. These are some of the clearest photographs ever taken of a triangle UFO.

South Harrow - 03-31-09

A strange light in the skies above South Harrow, UK, was photographed by amateur Ahmad Zaigham. While watching the skies, Zaigham saw an unknown object appear through the clouds on March 31, 2009. Zaigham stated: "The light coming from this thing is something I have never seen the like of. I don't think any aircraft has a light like this. "And moments after this shot, the object seemed to quickly fade in light and travel above at high speed. I did not hear any loud sound, but I did hear a whistle kind of sound. I am still shocked."

South Somercotes, UK

55-year-old Brian Lee was driving on Billings Gate road in South Somercotes, when he stopped his car to take photographs of a dramatic sunset. Later, when reviewing his pictures, he noticed the unknown object.

Texas - 03-10-09

While returning from Carlsbad Caversn in New Mexico, running into Texas, a man, his wife, and son all spotted several unique lights, 4 at first, and then 3. The objects were only about 50 feet altitude, and approximately a mile from their vehicle. The object were moving over some houses in the distance, and they mananaged to take the photograph shown here.

Taken near Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 26,2009. South American investigators claim that this photograph is one of the best of 2009. Professional analysis has determined that the UFO is a solid object, and was present when the photo was taken.

联通沃phone来了 矛头直指中国移动？

2011年2月28日下午，中国联通正式推出中国首个自主知识产权的智能终端操作系统“沃Phone”。中国联通技术部总经理兼联通研究院院长张智江表示，沃Phone将支持多种网络制式，包括WCDMA、CDMA、TD以及未来的LTE网络，同时支持Phone、Pad、TV、Game、Car等多种终端。    联通沃phone：矛头直指中国移动？    早在2009年8月居中国三大运营商之首的中国移动就发布了基于谷歌Android、针对中国市场做了特殊优化的开放式手机操作系统Open Mobile System，即OMS。当时业界认为，中国移动通过OMS实现了将其影响力向手机产业链的延伸和渗透。应该说，在智能操作系统方面，中国联通落在了中移动的后面。此次联通推出沃phone，让人首先想到的就是为了对抗中国移动的Ophone。
    从大环境看，联通沃phone是为了应对移动互联网趋势    “在移动互联网领域赢得先机、占据主动，必须首先在智能手机操作系统上有所作为”是联通官方给出的推沃phone的主要原因。诚然，移动互联网趋势正在成为不同行业企业竞相切入操作系统、手机领域的最大理由。尤其是苹果、谷歌的风生水起，将移动互联网领域的竞争推向白热化阶段。

    成熟系统林立，联通沃phone凭什么求生存？    目前智能手机市场上，已经形成了多家操作系统分庭抗礼的局面。除了仍占据最多市场份额的诺基亚Symbian系统，正在快速崛起的谷歌Android、如日中天的苹果iOS，还有黑莓Blackberry OS、惠普收购来的Web OS、三星自有操作系统Bada，以及刚与诺基亚达成深度合作协议的微软的Windows Phone，当然还有中国移动的OMS系统，不论中国联通推沃phone是为了对抗自己的宿敌中国移动，还是为了应对苹果、谷歌等其他操作系统的冲击，一个不可回避的问题就是在成熟操作系统林立的市场上，联通沃phone又如何去占据一席之地呢？

联通沃phone凭什么求生存?

    从沃phone自身特点来看，ZDC认为沃phone未来获得立足之地是很有可能的。
    首先平台优势：联通沃phone支持各种智能终端    从沃phone支持的移动终端来看，沃Phone不仅适用于WCDMA制式手机，还可以被用于TD-SCDMA和CDMA2000制式的3G手机，甚至包括未来的LTE手机，除了手机终端，沃phone还适用于PDA、机顶盒等智能终端。从支持的智能终端种类来看，沃phone的适用性及兼容性成为其得到其他厂商青睐的保证。至于沃phone支不支持当下如火如荼的平板电脑移动设备，还没有确切说法。    其次价格优势：中低端智能手机市场需要沃phone   

    发布会上中国联通尚未明确沃Phone终端的售价，但是表示沃phone定位为中低端，售价不会超过2000元。从产品价格来看，目前中国手机市场上的智能手机终端多定位中高端、高端，不能满足大众的需求。
    ZDC监测数据显示，2011年2月，中国智能手机市场上，售价在3000元以上的智能手机产品在整体智能手机市场上占据59.3%的比例，占据主流，但用户关注度却落后于1000-2000元价位段的产品。

    ZDC的一项调查数据也显示了1000-2000元智能手机产品的潜力，数据显示，2011年打算购买智能手机的用户中44.3%的比例打算购买1000-2000元产品，可见，大众市场亟需中端智能手机。因此，从产品价格来看，联通沃phone终端还是颇具优势的。智能手机市场上需要沃phone这样定位的机型来加速智能手机的普及之路。    最后，联通注重沃phone整个产业链的发展    从硬件终端来看，天宇、英华达、摩托、三星、华为、中兴、TCL、HTC等多个厂商已经成为联通沃phone产业链上的成员，从终端方面全力支持。

    除了终端，移动互联网时代重要的竞争是软件和应用，而这也将成为联通沃Phone所面临的最大挑战。新浪、腾讯、搜狐、盛大、百度等多家知名互联网企业都参加了沃Phone的发布会，同时也是沃phone的内容和应用提供商。此外，联通此前已经发布了自己的沃store，针对沃phone形成了完善的布局。     但是，作为一个新生的操作系统，联通沃store的应用显然还不能跟苹果的AppStore或Android的应用同日而语，还有待开发者的支持。     结语：联通沃phone的诞生，是中国在自主操作系统平台上的一次尝试。在未来智能操作系统格局形成的关键几年中，凭借平台兼容性及终端价格优势，联通沃phone在移动互联网时代形成自己的势力并非不可能。
